When you reserve tickets we collect your name, email, phone number, the number of tickets, and anything optional you add (guest names, food allergies or special notes).

Why

Only to manage your tickets: holding your seats, matching your e-transfer, sending your confirmation, seating your group, passing allergies to the venue, and contacting you about this event.

Who sees it

A small team of gala organizers. Allergies are shared with the venue. We don't sell your information or add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Payment

We never collect card or banking details on this site. Payment is by Interac e-transfer through your own bank.

How long

We keep ticket records until the event's accounts are closed, then delete them.
